Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2–3 business days for orders to be processed, once shipped, orders typically take 6–9 business days to arrive, depending on location. International orders may take longer depending on destination. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays, unless otherwise stated.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Once parcels are dropped off with the shipping carrier, they become the responsibility of the respective shipping partner. We are not legally responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout and keep your confirmation details secure in case further investigation is required.

When will my order ship if pre-made?

Pre-made (on-hand) items – Please allow up to 1 week for on-hand items to ship.

Pre-orders – For pre-order items, all relevant information will be listed in the product description and announced on our social media platforms. This includes pre-order open and close dates, production timelines, and estimated shipping times.
